Well, not necessarily.. you can't force her to like you but you can still like her and hopefully do something that will make her like you kinda confusing but if you really do like her, don't give up -noclue could potentially be your wife But if she's persistent with no, don't worry, there's still plent of fish in the ocean -rolleyes
2 options: either you move on right now or you can try to win her heart by taking the time... who knows maybe she might change her mind in the future...
Yeah no means no but in this case, the girl the OP was interested in didn't say NO, she said she didn't want to be in a relationship, which i reckon is bs. most of the time they say that, then another guy comes along and suddenly they change for him lol
keep trying to impress her, she might change one day. especially if she is getting mugged and u come and save her. lol. but if after several persistent no's then u will just have to move on. i'm sure theres many more out there that u like.

a friend of mine was in the same situation as you were... but he really liked that girl... so... every time he surprised her... especially on her bday and valentines day... and now they're a couple for almost a year... sooooo... you can always try to win her heart........ as long as you really likes her!
