lol its been a while since i saw season one, i forgot that her biological father was nathan. i wonder who nathan and peter's dad is though... they always allude to him but we have never seen him... hopefully he will turn out to be morgan freeman or something

no cuz it would be chronologically be wrong... during that same time nathan was shot, sylar was injecting himself with claire's blood
i think claire's father shot nathan....and yea this episode was pretty rushed...so many questions left lol....that nathan got killed moment is the only shocking moment, but he can be resurrected by claire later i guess.
^ adam would die from the lack and declining amount of oxygen in the coffin, would he not? even though, he can heal himself from any physical wounds, he cannot live eternally without air. or maybe he can. -shrug

i do not think it is HRG (a.k.a. Claire non-biological father, Noah) since the only reason why he did not want Claire to reveal her ability is simply because if she did -- there would have been a huge possibility that Bob or someone in the Company would have had to kill her (a bullet to her head). so in defense for his daughter's life and his family's normality. he agreed to stop Claire from sharing her secret. however, to associate nathan's killer with HRG, IMO would not be logical since he did not have the motive to become the perpetrator of nathan's death. mainly because, HRG has nothing but full contempt for the Company that he once worked for; therefore, i'm going to assume that the killer is someone replacing one of the two "kill-off" characters in the 2nd season finale. The third season (volume) is titled with the first episode as "Villains". Maybe, the two "Heroes" killed-off are going to be replaced with two new "Villains". but, this is all conjecture. -shrug
well, think of claire.. she had that branch in her head and died.. but when they took it out, she lived again.. or noah.. he got shot in the face.. and thats an instant death. but he got back cuz of the blood. what if adam dies, but is revived once he gets air? like i explained before. sylar had an alibi. he was injecting himself with claire's blood.
The season finale was pretty good, but Adam's punishment did seem a little over the top to me.... Well I guess since he's still alive he will most likely show up again. Either in volume 3 or later on in the series. Overall the episode was good and I enjoyed it, except for 1 thing.... Clare still needs to die and if Nikki is dead.... That's just a badly planned death..... EDIT: and I called the assassination at the end. Lol
sylar wouldn't cooperate with nathans mother, he'll eat her brains....anyways it could be bob, claire's dad also could be it too, remember he'll do anything to protect his daughter...anything, but that would be stupid so i dunno...could be simple as bob haha...
