so the ppl who lose the privileges will nvr get to d/l agen or will they b able to d/l agen after awhile, cos isnt it a bit unfair jst after one comment to cut off the privileges, shouldn't they be given a warning at first.. cos it is a bit slack, doing tht straight away, lyk i noe its annoying sometimes n all buh u can ignore the posts, i mean no one forcing u to reply to thm n also sometimes ppl r genuinely asking whn teh nxt ep is coming, their jst curious im pretty sure some ppl dnt mean to cause sch a big racket n other ppl could jst tell thm nicely whn it comes out i dnt mean to go against this point as much its jst tht bottom line i personally think its a bit slack to cut ppls privileges off like tht lols *shrugs shoulders* in the end its the moderators say, im jst wanted o give a comment please dnt ban me =3, im jst giving wat i think
It may seem harsh but most of the time we do go through tons of warnings so for some of you don't say we havn't warned you -innocent you will lose your download privileges for at least a week and you will have to pm us back about it.
chances are given and we are pretty laid back around here. but some rules still need to be followed to keep things clean for everyone.

People who lose their download priviledges will have to go through the screening process and send me an application again but I will wait a week before I spend anytime looking at their application so it's best not to break the rule
maybe add a new rule too? like: decrease maximum signature size? sorry to say, but the signature e.g. of hadouken is TOO big

Well, this thread is for only "download rules". If you got a download request or some sort of suggestion, we have a "PA Suggestion Box" thread [http://www.dramasian.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2417] & PA Download Requests section [http://www.dramasian.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=58] available, feel free to make your posts there but I doubt you have to, Fong06, because someone has already suggested that in the past but I believe the situation has been clearly resolved.
I am not to be mean but I just wonder that: someone tell me download film from internet is illegal; so if I download film from this website (just for my personal view), is it OK? no, anything you download from the internet not authorized from the source (even for personal viewing purpose) is still considered illegal, do it at your own risk even if you purchase a cd album, you copy it to your mp3 player or phone, it is still considered as copyright infringement - noasian
