All i have to say is...blame the parents!! Jamie's only 16, her pituitary gland ain't even properly developed yet, therefore why the hell did her parents allow her to live with her bf? Why were the parents suprised when they found out she was pregnant? Please don't tell me they did not see this coming when they allowed a 16 and 19yr old to live together. I feel sorry for the unborn child!

They told her she should snip off a few strands of their hair right after they’ve returned from Kevin’s place and have them analyzed in a lab. Indeed, “testing for secondhand marijuana use can be done using a lock of hair,” confirms addiction expert Marty Brenner. “The test must be done within a day or two after exposure. Secondhand smoke would definitely show up, and results usually come back in a couple of days.” Since Brit, 26, submits to regular court-ordered drug tests herself, her legal team intends to call an emergency hearing if Sean and Jayden test positive for pot. “Kevin could lose custody,” says the insider.
not he won't, because she is already 16, u can have sex when u're 16. but...my cousin just told me this and i was like.. HOLY SHIT!!! well..what do u expect anyway..........she got money to raise the baby.........and also, considering she's not that famous anyway...maybe she need some shock news to pump her to the famous side.
^he's 19 though, a 19 year old having sex with a 16 year old is illegal cause 16 is underage, you have to be 18 in the u.s. for it to be legal.

actually, the present is becoming the ancient past now... back then, people did have babies when they were 16, because the life expectancy was shorter. only difference now is the life expectancy is longer.
It doesn't really surprise me, actually. Although I've always thought Britney's sister was a bit older than 16.
