Tsk tsk, as a SONY PS fan you should have bought PS3 the day it was released... You are so unsupportive of the brand And it's relatively inexpensive?
People keep saying stuff like "I'll wait till price drops" "Oh no I'll wait till more games come out." Well the price has dropped. TWICE! or Three times? I don't even know anymore lol. And there are plenty of good games out to keep you occupied till next year. Ratchet and Clank: Future tools of Destruction, Uncharted: Drake's fortune, Heavenly Sword, and Warhawk. True true, but why do I have to pay double the price to get a complete set of a controller :O. Lol jks
So it's just an excuse for their "I love SONY and its PS franchise" front... Deep down they are all Nintendo fans? I saw clips for Heavenly Sword, it look totally cool, but I don't think I can afford the luxury that is PS3 just for that one game... Not when I already invested so much emotionally AND financially in Wii -tongue2

Sigh, if only it starts raining PS3 and games from the sky? I share that sentiment with Wii... IF ONLY, my credit card would be very appreciative if such miracle happens... I definitely connect with my inner Mii, I am idiotic enough to create 2, one who is left handed and the other right handed since I am ambidextrous at certain activities. I kind of hoped that there would be more choices in terms of looks for Mii... And I am totally crashing this thread with all my Wii talk

That's what boxing day is for . BTW make sure to pick up Super Mario Galaxy, apparently it is the so called best game on the Wii. No surprise, cause its super fun. So jealous of my friend because of that game.

Meh. IMO its not to bad getting one now, price is pretty reasonable and there are a number of games out that you can keep yourself occupied with. After a whole year PS3 is starting to pick things up. About time if you ask me :\
^i would actually get one right now, but im waiting for a large sum of money to come in first like my student loan or my scholarship. Also of course i will need to buy myself a nice HD flat panel TV to go with it or it would be stupid, which is why the cheaper the ps3, is the better. I think the current price for the cheap model 40gb is £270.... thats ok but i really want GTA4, which is why im waiting ahaha
It's still a PS3 loving thread... Just b*tching about the relative price and all PS3 has a lot of catch-up to do... Though a few of its newer games (finally) took advantage of the awesome graphics capabilities... Or you can ask for it as a Christmas present from Santa I personally would get the TV first because it's good with or without a PS3, whereas a PS3 without an awesome TV is just a console...
if only santa would....... im gonna make the TV purchase same time as the console, since i really dont need a HD TV, im really only buying the TV for the console
too bad u need a HD tv to play ps3...thats prob where they loosing money bc ppl with no HD Tv will have to purchase both a tv and ps3 with is expensive as hell
