Since there is a thread for last movie you saw, let's see if i can start one on music album and with some discussion on albums. Like talk about the albums you listened to, i would be interested on learning some meanings on the mandarin and the japanese albums too cause i don't understand them. And yea discuss any music album. And yea you can review the albums in depth if you want to (i'm probably not, too hard lol).

anyways lol, last album i listened to was Ayumi Hamasaki's "Guilty", man i just hate japanese artists album sometimes lol it's like theres only one new song in it because all the songs were already released as singles...anyways I like the previous album better kinda because there's not really that much songs that stand out on this album or maybe cause i've already listened to most of them lol, but the album is not bad.

Stand Out songs: Talkin' 2 Myself, My All, fated, Together When.

Also note that my opinions on CDs can change at any minute lol...

when talkin' about Ayumi, i like that "decision" one, combines w/ some electric guitars, pretty good.
    JAPANESE ROCK
i'd been listening to HIGH and MIGHTY COLOR's songs, i like their old songs, the new ones are leaning towards happy pop. The old ones were better cuz' upset rock haha. Obviously i like "Ichirin no Hana".. "OVER" & "DAYS" are good too.

    "Go Over" = 4 stars
    "Go on Progressive" = 3 1/2 stars

Loved ORANGE RANGE's "Love Parade", soo good...the lyrics and tunes. 4 stars

<<Songs contributed DEATH NOTE>> (i dont rmb the exact name of it), the songs are cool. But the "NINJI NIGHT SCHOOL", it just keep repeating the title, weird lol. WHOLE ALBUM = 3 1/2 stars

    <<Can't Buy My Love>> - YUI
    - good good good!! =) love YUI's voice, cute cute.
    "C.H.E.R.R.Y" = 3 1/2 stars
    "Rolling star" = 3 1/2 stars (BLEACH's OPENING! ^^)
    "How crazy" = 3 stars
    WHOLE ALBUM = 3.75 stars

    <<BLEACH THE BEST>>

what can i say? ....GG!! 4 stars.

maybe i would do the Mandarin, Cantonese, and English later....

    Good idea NAS :)

    Fort Minor - Rising Tied
One of the more underrated albums out there. Mike Shinoda is successful in his solo project from Linkin Park. The album contains songs with a nice beat, and songs with great lyrics. A perfect balance between rythme and meaning. Hopefully Shinoda will come out with a new album and it'll be just as great as this one.

Stand Out Songs: Kenji, Believe me, Remember the Name, High Road, Right Now, Petrified, and every other damn song on this album.

    Verdict: Highly Recommend

Jay Chou - On The Run
Disappointing is an understatement with this album. Jay concentrates a lot of his ballads, which his voice is not at all powerful enough for. The album basically fails. The first impression you get from this album from track 1 is some country/pop sound that honestly sounds horrible. The other songs (mainly ballads) fail to impress me, mainly cause Jay's voice does not suit the style of his own songs. If you're a Jay fan, you might like it. But otherwise just don't bother.

    Verdict: Avoid

Linkin park - Minutes to Midnight
A slight departure from past albums, but still good. The big difference between this album and their past ones are the lyrics. Linkin Park has added a little bit of extra goodness in their lyrics. Evident mostly in songs such as "What I've Done", and "Hands Held High". There's also a lower amount of screaming, yes you heard it Linkin Park fans. Less screaming. I really don't have much to say about this album. Its good, and ya... lol

    Verdict: Recommend

Ok so the Jay album was a long time ago, I still needed to tell everyone how bad it was lol :p

^thanks, but review threads die fast lol...taking the risk.

anyways i'm pretty sure everybody would agree that the first song on jay chou's on the run sucks ass....makes you want to stop listening to the cd from the start and another track that i avoid is track 4, whenever he tries some country stuff, no way...

^lol don't worry i'm pretty lazy myself, anyways this ain't just a review thread you guys could treat it like the "last movie you saw" thread just mention random stuff haha... anyways i wonder what jay chou is gonna try next, heavy metal perhaps hahaha....

    Anyways another album:
Chingy- Hate It or Love it

One of the top dudes back in the day of bubblegum hip hop... just basically scanned this album, not my cup o tea no mo... his career ended back then, right thurr lmao...The good thing though at least he is still better than soulja boy and all them other new crunk mofos...

@KaY_xD, just listened to the new HIGH and MIGHTY COLOR single, only song that was good for me was "Amazing" cause the other songs have too much Japanese metal style screaming lol, they should tone it down cause on one hand you have a girl voice and then the screaming just don't match lol but they are listenable, not like they scream the whole song lol...
