What do guys normally do if they are interested in a girl without telling her although people say that women's senses never lies, or something like that?

If he keeps staring at you, then looks away when you look at him. When they start orbiting around you like a little puppy. When they start doing stupid things to try to get you to notice him. Doesn't refer to me but my cousin said her boyfriend was once shy and secretly admired her from far away. She said she was a little interested in him. One day she working in a shop in college and she saw him came to buy something. Then after she keep seeing him coming back and forth - leaving and walking past and coming in to chat to her mates that came, and something like that, cant remember what she meant. But the guy i saw wasn't like that, but i was just curious.
well he was looking at me back at forth while talking to his friends but that i don't think counts that he likes me. he looked at me when i wasn't aware and when i looked and saw him looking at me and it actually scared me. But nevermind just want to know because sometimes my friend tells me that he and someone else kept on looking at me and i don't exactly believe them and think they are into their silly jokes. lol
call the girl up all the time... offer to drive her everywhere... offer to pay everything for her... shower the girl with gifts... buy her flowers... typical stuff...

sometimes guys are just nice and the girl misintepretes...seriously. Happened to me once. I was talking to this girl and NEVER thought of it as "chasing " her...just regular chit chat...joking etc... then her cousin comes up to me and starts giving me shit for "hitting on" little tammy ..she is 2 years younger..(name I made up also)...I am thinking, wtf...I wasnt hitting on her...just being myself

Just like to confirm that's more or less how it works. There's also asking to hang out, either alone or with the guy's friends. I like to ask my friend's for opinions so it'd be nice if they met her too. Although, I don't think we care as much about meeting the girl's friends...Well, I guess the most obvious thing for me is that I'm more hesitant with girls I like. Thought before actions. hahaha yeah... some girls can think too far ahead of everything or get too sensitive... i mean if it's someone that's chatting n joking... well it depends on wot topic u talk abt but a guy calling u up all the time n offer to drive u everywhere n shower u with gifts n stuff then yeah he likes u... hahaha... that's even worse... i hate walking around with a guy holding girly stuff... eg. flowers, hand bag, n pink shopping bags... n if i let him take the flowers for me he mite take it as a sign to lead him on... no way!!
