^Just seeing the above pictures, makes me wanna make some cold wraps toO!! Thanks for giving me new ideas on what I could use as stuffings!! hehehe... Just tonight, I made a batch of Chocolate (Jumbo) Snow drops. I will take a picture of it and show it to you guys (soon!!). It was quite delicious and just watching it expand in the oven while baking, it was just amazing!! ^^
Sweet & Sour Ribs Sweet & Sour Fried Chicken (just same method, different meat) Banana Cup cake with Icing Vegetable Curry on Pasta Fried stuff....spring rolls + a triangular dumpling-like wrap thing i made. The best steamed egg i ever made.. lol Egg tarts Pie crust (the dough) w/ red bean paste in it. Day of the Dead Bread (not a good one, doesn't really taste like bread, it taste like pizza crust) Japanese Sweet Potatoes w/ 'sai mai' tong sui Cinnamon Apple pancakes w/ Honey Jam tarts (w/ the 2 failure tangerine + kiwi topping -- Strawberry jelly + coconut milk + pears Green tea + mango frozen yogurt & chocolates and wafflers. Sweet & Sour ribs (teriyaki sauces + vinegar) red bean paste "bu zai go" i just made cereal bar...but i didnt camera it yet, so . yeah =]

The last time I cooked real food and had one of my cameras ready: Self made buns with spicy meatloaf (I used the wrong kind of spices but it worked out well) Chocolate cookie cake with a layer of melted dark chocolate, the meatloaf buns, cooked eggs with salmon and mustard fillings and salmon packages filled with salmon mousse. My roasted Yorkham, Cheddar Cheese and Gouda cheese Quesedillas rocks! -chef

thanks, i <3'em 2 -worship lol yes, =] i could had done more if my grandma stop nagging/doubting about my cook skills. yeah, they look good, but some of them doesn't taste as i expected..like that strawberry jelly + coconut thingy. looking at this thread makes me hungry rite away...alll the good food!!
