Massive bump! I got myself a DSLR today. It's a budget DSLR, not the fancy ones the pros has. Canon EOS Rebel XT. This is a massive upgrade from my current Canon Powershot A610. All I gotta do now is learn the functions and I'm back into business. The current pics I have look like crap.
I test drove a white one at the dealer. I wasn't even trying to go fast and it went from 40kmh to 120kmh in instants. It is insanely fast....
I tried some features on the DSLR. Pretty results. Corolla and Jetta racing? nah. It's just at 1/40s at traffic speed. Maserati. Fugly, expensive, unrefined car. I'd get a Flying Spur over this anytime. BMW.
Nothing special expect the car I guess. I was doing some night shots the night before and I forgot to switch it back to a lower ISO. Could've been a great photo, but it looks so grainy now.
canada (i assume) seems to be a nice quiet place for the retirees to live. very nice place. reminds me sorta like MAine.
UltraRide 2008. It was an awesome cruise to the north From Montreal to Mont Tremblant, the North American Nurgurbring. waiting for those ppl that were late. freaking cold. clowing with a friend's FD3S : gas > you -lol ricer gotta love the red Recaro. It did the job during the mountain pass. cluttered up. Some people were lost. Moments later :( Azenis at the front, Neova at the back, that's asking for oversteer and tail happy action. He was ok though. Spotted. I got lazy at the camera. There were at least 5 DSLR at the event so I got lazy.
