Here's what you should do. Make a preliminary thread with the categories and require each person that posts to nominate a person for each category. Then list the members that are nominated per category. After the nomination period is over, start a new thread with a poll and list the categories and the members that were nominated for that category, much like a ballot.

Technically its supposed to be sending a PM to BB or post it here. However, due to all of us being a reckless bunch, we have made it completely off topic by the responses we put. Hence, we are trying to figure out a way to keep it nice, easy and clean on how to proceed with the vote.
