raptors are gonna go no where this year w/o t.j ford

@ turbobenx, pistons are fun to watch cuz there's no superstar, and they still win a lot! every1 hates celtics becuz they from boston :D unless u from boston, boston in the sports world is so hateable right now becuz they so strong in every sports, mlb(won championship), nfl(18-0?), and nba celtics.. lol screw boston! i wish bay area teams were that strong (9ers, warriors, and giants)

true that....boston should have the best record, considering they have allen, garnett and pierce on the same team. and it's so true only people from boston likes boston teams. i friend of mine is just like that....... warriors on track for win 24!!! BAY AREA!!!!!!!!

Red Sox, 2004. Everyone jumped on to Band wagon cause it was the "cool" thing to do. Even though 90% wore Yankee stuff before the playoffs... And don't forget those Pats when they started winning.... And Celtics are the same. You don't know how many people have jumped onto the Band Wagon.

  7. Bosh is a beast right now ....and it comes in a good time.. we play celtics sometime next week...hopefully we bounced back with a better performance than last time. (4 straight wins for the raps!)

The Raps could get far in the playoffs if they just settle their PG issues. Either pray for TJ Ford to return and sustain or just go with calderon.

even if ford comes back, the coach said he's most likely not going to start.

Wtf are you smoking? Calderon is sooo much better than Ford. If Calderon is replaced as a starter I will go straight up to Mitchell and slap him in the face.

Study all past playoffs. Only teams with deep rosters can make it far. Im not saying Ford is better than Calderon but like situations with Iverson carrying his Philly team.....he's burned out by the time the playoffs come around, much less make it anywhere deep. If Ford returns, the raptors can employ the same scheme that San Antonio does with Manu by letting him come off the bench. It would be really effective for either ford or calderon to match up against any reserve from any team,

True. I guess I misinterpreted your last comment.

    I do agree with you.

haha, damn pacers fucking :((( tinsley and joneal are fuking more fragile then crystal i have in top of my shelf opened (na jking, i don't have one) pacers should be ripping apart other teams if they were healthy(they were ranked 1 in offense in the east b4 all this nonsense injury), but whatever, that's nba right?

lol @ ratpors issue, i think they'll be eliminated first round regardless who starts at pg, and that's because only one who's consistent is bosh, you can make a case for caeldron, moon, delfino, and a few others who can give 10 a night, but i don't think they can match up against the pistons, or the celtics, or the magics. - unless they can get a 2nd main scorer

on the defensive end they are good, i think ranked 5th or 6th in league, they needa get better scoring tho

The raptors should challenge for at least a 4th spot, their real challenge at that spot coming from either cleveland or washington. Assuming they get at least the 4 or 5, the first round projected matchup would be Toronto vs. Washington/Cleveland. Washington is doing well.....but their PG issues are even worse with Gilbert's status up in the air (I dont think Gilbert is bad, but the washington offense is so much more fluid without Gilbert and his isolation plays all the time). As for Cleveland, it's James vs. everybdy else. It would be difficult, the way the Cavs are constructed now, to rely solely on James (last year, the lot of them were younger, especially the older veterans - Snow, Marshall, Damon Jones, Z). I could say Toronto has at least 60-40 chance on any of those two teams.

wizards are definitely a bteter team w/ gilbert o_O, caron and antawn are just pulling out some of the hidden will, but they'll eventually burn out come play off time, so gilbert is needed to pick up the scoring, cause no1 on the team really is capable of pulling the team unless it's gilbert or caron, antawn can, but not in the same way that they can, because he focuses a lot on rebound and other small stuff as well.

if you were a raptors fan, i don't think you'd wanna face cleveland, lebron is just too much of a risk, where as wizards will be trying to get into a rhytm with gilbert, so that'll be a much better choice. the way, lebron is playing though, cleveland should pick up the pace because lebron is doing everything and still in 6th place, oh well, only 1/2 way point, whoever ends up in the 6th position will most likely face a difficult first round w/ orlando :\

EDIT: I just saw the starting line up for the All Star game. Nash isn't starting!!! -angry

Iverson deserves his spot, but I really rather see Nash start at guard.
