Everybody say it's a good film.. but when I first heard of it..I was like :" What? " It looks lame to me..lol
^ Oh, some of the best film throughout the years are LAME beyond any belief in terms of plot, it's the art of the director and actors that adds the magical touch and transform a mediocre film into a classic. And Ellen Page was funny.
If you are young you probably won't appreciate it to each it's own! ....i thought it was a great film.
The most unpopular (compared to blockbusters) films are sometimes the best. I remember "The Lookout" that came out at the beginning of the year. No one really knew anything about it, but it was a great film with top notch acting and screenplay. You should check it out, along with Juno.
I personally quite enjoyed the movie. I don't know why, but the whole movie just felt nice to watch. The story line was pretty simple, but Ellen Page's character was just really fun. And she's Canadian!!!
Niiiccce. You won't regret it. It's a great film. He basically was the film. "The Lookout" relies so much on it's acting. Levitt did a great job in the main role with his character. One of my top films of 2007. Loved it. If it came out around Awards season it probably would have picked up a couple nominations. Mainly for best male in a leading role.
whoa.. watched the film, and i swear she had to be a real 16 year old actress... turns out ellen page is 20-21, my age... good actress ANNNNDDDD i hadnt realized she was kitty from x-men...
I liked it even though it was a bit out of the ordinary. but then again wouldn't some teenagers go that way too sometimes? Anyhoo, I really liked it because it was funny and lifelike i suppose.
Juno was a great film and Ellen Page did a great job. It was a smart and funny comedy. I don't think that there are too many movies out there that are smart and funny like Juno.
