Just got the R4, what about a DS?

well there isn't a green ds .. but imagine it'd be pretty, lol

no, there IS a new ds .. i read about ti somewhere before. this one doesnt have a gba slot at all. And there are also other minor changes. However, nintendo isnt planning to bring it out until the ds lite sales have started falling. i forgot where i read it but i remmber the site was pretty credible, with quotes from nintendo themselves

 

I just found an article on Gamespot. Not 100% reliable since there is no info from the reps at Nintendo. Even if it's true it won't be for a while until a new model will be released. The Lite is still selling like crazy.

Besides the DS lite is already a good system. I don't see any major improvement to be had, except for the rumored internal storage.

@OP you'll be wasting your time waiting for this new model. You already have the R4 so just get a Lite. Unless you're willing to wait 1-2 years. Maybe even 3. Or maybe this whole thing is a rumor and you'll be waiting for nothing. Just go and get the DS lite.

I think someone has posted this link up awhile ago. Anyway, I'm not in a hurry of getting a DS now since i can play all the DS in my computer.
