the second pic...sooo yummy...i make it all the time with mor yor...omg...sooo good...i'm not a big fan of the peanut sauce though...i prefer the cho (vinegar with garlic, water, sugar...and lots of chili peppers)...
nas, ur killing me here. stop making me hungry!!!!

 

^cho= too much of that vinegar taste, not good with the goi cuon i would say but yea... i get that alot from another person here on PA too, the making you crave for the viet foods -chef it's like a habit-tongue2
