I suppose so. But can't really blame her for the picture getting leaked out. OR maybe if the asian paparazzi wasn't so annoying and being in people's buisness and making it a bigger deal than it is, then perhaps it won't be as embarrassing.
It's funny how people support her i mean someone needs support when you go through hardship and not because your slutty photos are posted all over the internet. True enough all this staged press appearance was made to somehow "WASH" her image. It was just done so people will keep buying twin's CDs and their crap. I really have no sympathy yet i never liked twins... May be now people who despise twins are making log from a fallen tree but i think she got what she deserves. The only people naive here is the one that keep supporting the twins, the ones chanting "support you" at the press conference deserves to go back to kindergarten again.
The thing is only her friends and family know who and what she's really like, we all know 'Music Gill'... and now, we met an inch of 'Private Gill'... so judging her good or evil really is just pointless flaming... but i also did find her statement really odd... she did not seem abit sad about it so hhmmm... shes proud of it u might ask???

Plus, these embarrassing news satisfies people's base voyeurism (all the while allowing themselves riding the moral high horse, judging others and all) Well, I don't mind so much for those who chants "support you" or whatnot, they are just being blind. I am more offended that there are those who still insist that the photos are doctored (as Gillian didn't DIRECTLY admit to them)... I seriously think they should get their head checked. It will be quite challenging to find an article at this point in time... But when Twins first started (a year or two after Joey Yung), there were stories where EEG artistes have this side job of "escorting" influential bosses, male and females alike... I wouldn't be surprised, I still remember a friend who commented on Eason Chan's size and image during his contract with EEG: he started looking decent, albeit slightly chubby; he then proceed to going the overweight and unkempt image; after his contract with EEG, he slimmed down slightly and definitely improved his looks (save the hair, that was a disaster)... PS> I will keep my eyes open for the articles, but in all likelihood it's going to be in Chinese, you read Chinese?
Gillian does not deserve any sympathy at all. The entire public appearance was staged like people have mentioned in the earlier posts. Claiming naiveness as an excuse ain't gonna work since she or Twins sell only by their sweet, charming, cute, and innocent image; in reality, they really have no talent whether in singing nor acting. People in the entertainment industry typically grow up faster than the normal youngsters since they are under a lot of stress and pressures as well as being exposed to a lots of unusual circumstances. Anyway, the bottom line is that she isn't what she has portrayed in the image that have marketed to the public underneath. To continue to believe in her and support her is just simply being stupid. If i remember correctly, a huge smile was on face in those pics unlike the time when a reporter spied on her in the dressing room.
