Szcerbiak out shoots Hughes in any situation...
Joe Smith > Gooden... and Smith doesn't have mental breakdowns defending...
Big Z can't play all 45mins... Wallace can rotate in and take 20mins from the 4&5... he won't score... but he'll defend...

ur missing something, he could rebound too.

Im surprise, the rockets bounce back from hard times. they're like the leagues best winning streak for now and they has one of their best franchise winning streak. Dam, those lakers r killing every one that gets on their way. Pau gasol's trade has really impacted their wins. i fuking hate detroit. Hope they loses and stay outta the finals.

we can hope a second opinion from other doctors proves that he can come back by playoff time :(

otherwise... there go them rockets again... really maybe they should hire new medical staff in Houston... besides healing injuries they should also prevent them... and damn... they're not doing a very good job at that...

Theoretically... the rockets should be ok... Mutumbo just needs to pull down atleast 25mins a game... and Landry/Scola/Hayes/Novak can all rotate... besides... Adelman can adapt the team to the small game... hell if u think about it... Gerald Green might actually get a lot of minutes now... they can even rotate Battier into the 4 and play Gerald Green at the three with TMac/Head/Alston/Jackson rotating the guard postions...

This is a deep team as it is now... just need to hope that TMac doesn't get athletes foot or something...

i know, quite annoyed myself by this too. basketball players are like always injured though even though its supposed to be not a contact sport.

ur kidding right? if Bynum comes back... LA have them beat... same if Shaq gets goin in the playoffs and u know the entire Phoenix squad wants to stomp the Spurs out... SA is the only team that hasn't done anything significant to their team since last year... Kurt Thomas is nice... but he can't possibly be the difference maker against quick teams like LA/Phoenix... They could get back to the finals... but it won't be as ez as u make it out to be :wtf:

true that. just think about the matchup spurs will have to face against LA (gasol, bryant, odom, bynum). LA also has a decent bench that can score, giving the starters a good rest. just look at kobe's scoring average and compare it with last year.
