the game seem good BUT the materia system has been modified and is limited in comparison the the original. if it was the same as the original i would have bought a PSP for this game.
lol yer, they should have it like On Ps2, Xbox, psp and DS and blah blah , not just one console but then again if its on DS, no touch screen for others and vice versa
@Phil Since it is PSP they should spread it to either PS2 or PS3 hahah it would look quite sick on PS3 but then again they have FFXIII coming out so i wouldn't be surprised if they don't release it on either platform =\ Waiting on FFXIII Versus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't help but to disagree. Most if not all can match up to FF7. It's just the fact that FF7 was so huge, because it was the first FF game to go 3D.
lol FF7 is still teh Fav FF nowdays, Its got the best storyline , and characters ^^,so much FF7 cosplay hehe

I am also waiting for that game to be released here in australia but according to one of the shops. they said it will be relased end of March 2008 here in australia
you see.. this is not FF7 quality, if it was Don would be shouting on the roof tops If Sony just re-released FF7 with PS2 or PS3 graphics then that would be the best game of the year, for those of us who want to play it again and for those who missed it the first time FF7 is the first FF game i played and its the best game i played, i naively bought the other FF games that followed hoping for more FF7 type action. imagine my despair when i could not find the materia system. TBH Zelda (SNES) was damn long to but its nothing compared to FF7
^ Meh I could state my reasons for what I said, but I think what we have here is just a conflict of gaming preferences.
I agree FF7 was a great game and is ridiculously popular even among the people who haven't touched an FF game in their life before.... but the other FF games were good in their own way, its the challenge that is what makes the game good and the changing in leveling and advancing your character which is i believe reflects the stability of the game FFX was a good game despite all the harsh critics with the new system of levling up, I for one enjoyed the change and found ways to develop my character my own way, it brought unique character builds after you finish each charters build. Meehhh..... either way i still wish i had a PSP...
Playing Crisis Core now and i'm not very use to the new battle system. I stopped playing FF since FFX, and the new system is great, but a little confusing imo.
Wish I had a psp, but then Fabula Nova Crystallis Final Fantasy XIII seems amazing so I can't wait for XIII and Versus to come.
