its not impossible^^! as long as the other person is tru hearted n that u reali "do" get to kno more bout that person? but do bcareful of wat kind of opponent ur getting urself into. I remember there was a couple from the online game Maplestory that actualy got together in real life afta meeting up in the game. I also heard someone saying how they got married too but im not sure bout that. i guess the main advice is to be careful and kno wat ur getting urself into?

My friend has and she ended up with 2 stalkers, as in they liked her alot more that she liked them, so wen she broke off with them, they kept wanting to see her and talk about wat went wrong etc. Each one on separate occasions of course. She never tried it again.

havent experienced this personally, but my friend actually met his girlfriend threw ICQ. Met up after talking awhile, and has dated for over 3 years now.

Ahaha, bringing up a drama to justify not online dating? xD; That's interesting as support. (I'm sure it's true that you could meet some creepy pedophile and get stalked.. but the chances are slim, in my opinion.) Personally, I tried it for kicks and giggles and it's just a waste of time. There's nothung concrete. Just words and text you type to one another. Text and webcam just doesn't cut it when you can run down the street and hug someone. =)
my cousin and her bf are still together after a few yrs... -.- they met playin ragnarok online and he lives in NY and we live in CA. that's pretty far. ragnarok should be a great game to date online, they have marriages... and lol... divorces and both you'd have to pay for.
Ahaha oh jesus, Ragnarok Online as a dating game? I don't know about that... I mean, I married off my characters, but that was to get SP from my wife (a marriage must have some sort of benefit ;D kidding). I don't know, the idea of dating online is iffy. =P They could cheat on you, and you'd have no idea.
haha.. that's why it's just DATING, i consider that something different than a real relationship... so there is no such thing as cheating. =P
