    You need to use Carnation Evaporated Milk (花奶) to get that rich flavour

    lol Its the Used Silk Stocking , i mean u never seen in HK Dramas and Movies. Its why its called See Mut Nai Cha lol

    not really a secret i guess...just red tea + milk, dont use fat free, not rich flavor,
    maybe add some honey/sugar.
    yeah try stockings XD

    Don't know about putting huney in but a little sugar just does the trick

    Hehe...I just like to drink it a lot, the best place in HK is the one in Central, I have no idea what the name or location is but the logo is green, good luck trying to find it -mellow

    lol if u watch closely at a HK place, u see Lots of Dandraff, sweat, etc being dropped into the Food, so its ‘natural flavouring ' haha No Artifical

    I do doubt sweat drops into the food though. Taking that their head isn't over the wok while they cook (it wouldn't really make sense if it was). And about dandruffs, their cooking is usually so oily, it probably stays on their head. :p

    he is correct though... i've worked in a restaurant for a year...and i've seen how my colleagues wash the dishes in the kitchen.... they are just using the same huge barrel/box with water and just wash all the dishes in there with lots of soap, even when the water is all brown and shit... they wont replace it.... and then they jsut use a towel to dry it without even removing the soap lol
