McDonald's Unleashes the Four-Patty Burger Apr 16th 2008 By Michael Rundle Food Weird The Sack Pack A new promotion by McDonald's in Japan has unleashed hell on the fast-food world. Not only have they released the Mega Mac (four patties and cheese), they have also developed equivalent "mega'"sandwiches for breakfast and dinner. Holy Taco points us to the news, and also finds a woman named Khalilah who ate all three sandwiches in a single day. "I'm tired, with low energy, irritable, and I have an uncomfortable feeling in my stomach," says the woman. Whatever. We'd totally eat one. In fact, we think there are only a few ways the Mega Mac could be improved: -- Four patties? Why stop there? Five patties! No, six! -- Deep fry the whole thing and wrap it in cheese. -- Put it on a pizza. lol i think the mega mac is old news but never heard of it damn....fuck soo many calories lol. any of you had this?
Oh hell, that's gross. Japan thinks up creepy, creepy things. Canned noodles and now the four patty burger. There's enough calories in one of those to last 2 days.
I don't think that would fit in a mouth unless it got squished into a mush. Probably would still taste good.

ye agreed, its too large to fit in ur mouth unless u squash it up. i don't think it will be that many calories, it prob be nearly double the big mac which is a lot but doesn't go over ur daily allowance. just takes it half of it prob.

double big mac and double quarter puounder is wat u need to eat to get full..along with large friens and a dessert ..... gogo thign i haven't ate mcd in liek 2 years

thats why canadian food will always own american food. LOL jsk i think its about time they should include poutine in their menu. why the hell did they not do it yet?
