Argh.... feel so sorry for On Boy & Ga Ga... loosing their baby at 7 months!! well gutted... they were looking forward to it too... On Boy's sister should be sent to prison.. drinking and driving was a serious crime and she has now killed an innocent child.. how do you feel about it?
OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG it sucked really bad :((((((((( i couldnt believe it, didn't have any hints on it either.. sigh.. my bf was watching TVB with me the other night (he doesn't usually) and he said "a lot of ppl shout in tvb shows dont they? they're deafening me" and i was like... yea, they're are SO dramatic!!!... but yea it's sad :( hope something gd will happen out of this (i didnt realise the show ends episode 20 either!!.. thought it ended 25.. sigh..)
i was crying my eyes out.. as a female i can feel her pain even though i've never been pregnant but those "mama feelings" do flow in me like everyday when i see kids.. linda was great in acting that part out tryna push the baby out.. was so sad..=[
the saddest part was when the doctor said the baby was dead and they had to take her out, cuz it could be dangerous and then we watched linda suffering
I don't think they needed to make this series this sad. Why did they have to make Linda's unborn baby die inside her, and to watch her push out the dead baby. Too tragic!
To push Steven to the brink of despair, and for Linda to stand by him and support him through the end.
Linda didn't really come in to reverse what Steven did for Linda. I guess they rushed it and they didn't do it too well. Btw, how did AH DEE have enough money to reclaim the rights for the apt.? Oh well.. Onto the next series.
Hmm....I think we enjoyed the series and this baby's death did touch many our hearts. Lets try not to find too many flaws. I think this series is good. Splendid performances.
I think Steven was the one who bought the apartment back for Kent, not Kent's son. I also guess the reason for having her push the baby out when it had died in her stomach was kinda like a "Circle of life" cycle to go with the title of the drama?
^ Huh? I don't get your circle of life theory. Anyways, in actual life, even if the baby has died in the stomach, they do not need to have the baby out immediately, unless the membranes have ruptured. There is no harm to the mother to leave it inside for some time and deal with her grief before delivering the baby. It's very unkind for them to make the mother deliver it straightaway after breaking the bad news that they baby has died.
I don't know too much about pregnancy, but that scene is what made the drama extra touching and emotional -cry2
Oh yeah, I couldn't agree more. In fact, I think that has been one of the most poignant scenes in TVB dramas I've ever seen!
Really sad.. episode 19, i cry..so terrible.. even episode 20, i cry due to too touched by the moment of Steven saw her daughter..so sad .. to Fala's Steven sis.. i felt that the series arrange her to die , is a good ending lo.. tis series, gives us lots of messages ... Roy & Vicky , they both is same type person, so end up, they would got such ending.. so, i love the arrangement of them at the end.. But is sad to see Steven & Linda's daughter die lo.. she is pity.. she dun even see the world and the mum and dad is welcoming her... but, unfortunately, she got no chance to be their daughter..so sad... so bad..
Hey Summer, those are really clear screencaps you have of very touching scenes in the series. Great job on that! Isn't the girl who played Steven's 'daughter' really pretty? lol
i just don't understand how she was suddenly so old. is the marathon like a few years after? i don't think it is.
steven is imagining the daughter he thinks he'd get after a few years time. it's the girl from the picture steven's youngest sister made on the computer, when combining the father's picture and the mother's picture together. can't remember which episode the picture was first shown at but the picture was re-shown in episode 19,at approximately 25:50->26:10mins. when he comes home himself, from the hospital after the baby came out.
