If you don't mind losing muscle, just starve yourself... If you want to maintain muscle and lose fat you'll need to increase protein consumption and reduce carbohydrate (don't cut them out) and fats. The only forms of carbohydrate you should be eating are complex carbs (brown rice, wholegrain bread), and your fats should be minimal and come from EFA (essential fatty acids - found in avocados, fish tuna...). You'll need to lift weights if you want muscle tone to maintain your tone and increase your metabolism to burn more calories while you rest, do 3 days of cardio (30 to 45 minute per session) to burn extra calories. I don't count carbs, I just make sure I eat less and move more. Drink a lot of water! get your fruit and vegetables, take your multivitamin, and fish oil tablets... that's as simple as it gets. Nice site btw
eat small portion of meal but more frequent. i eat every 3 hours or so (from 7 am to 7 pm), but very small portion. this way your body have time to burn out all the fat you get from your food even if you don't do any exercise. and DONT EAT ANYTHING for at least 3 hours before you go to bed!!!!
Just eat less and don't be so lazy. I think it's funny when people ask how you stay in shape while they're eating sugar filled cream puffs and 5000 calorie fast food meals.
One thing I tried was just cutting down on Carbs... little things like not eating too much bread, rice and pasta. Not as extreme as the Atkins but I saw results!!
don't eat before you sleep... even though i do it and seem to gain no weight at all, skinny asian genes
Be like me right now: Get tonsilitis: eating, drinking...just swallowing causes alot of pain. I've dropped like 6 pounds in 2 days! Seriously though, alot of the other tips offered in previous posts is good: just burn more energy than you take in: and be careful about what kind of energy you take in too: Maybe you can burn off the calories in a donut, but that's not to say the sugar in it won't also harm your teeth, kidneys or whatever else..
get braces. it'll chase ur appetite away, quite uncomfortable tryin to chow down. especially that 1000 cal a piece fried chicken.. when u dont enjoy eating, you'll eat less... and oh. be aware that exercising triggers hunger! especially after an intense cardio session. most people tend to binge after they just worked out.. lossing weight is more of a mind over matter thing i guess. you gotta want it really bad.
to me, the best way to lose weight and keep it off is walking and exercising. i heard that rice is fat, but is it really though?
i take this herbal pills every morning....it made me drink 3 big bottles of water everyday! and it made my appetite go down! i am happy with it coz i have always wanted to flush my body with lots of water but i didnt coz i hate drinking plain water! but now i do drink plain water...and lots of it! i feel healthY! hehe!! and of course, the weight goes down.

You should definitely eat breakfast, because if you don't your body will think that it's not going to get any food and will start breaking down, instead of using fat stores. And if you run to burn calories/fat, you have to run for more than 20 minutes, because in the first 20 minutes your body just uses up glycogen.
eat fruit, cut back on your sugar intake, eat low fat yogurt too. It will help slim down your waist line/
