I am proud of being Chinese, we go the best music, food (especially Yum Cha) and were the best at everything we do. I've been fighting people who takes the piss out of chinese people since the age of 5 and haven't lost a fight yet and never will.
rele thats a bit drastic fighting ppl since the age of 5. besides london is very cultural so there isn't rele much racism anyway.

I am proud to be a human being. To tell the truth, I don't really care about being a chinese or not. But I don't feel dejected neither.
of course i'm proud of being a chinese~!!! who invented paper, silk, gunpowder, printing press, etc? which of those listed above is NOT used today? we chinese ppl are smart and hardworking. ^^ true, sometimes when u tell a white that ur chinese, they'll say u've gotta be smart and that may get annoying, but its better to be smart than dumb!
yes i am really proud to be chinese! Everywhere i go from France to Japan there's bound to be a chinatown! Sooo i've learn to love my culture, my language, and everything else that comes with it.

Well you can tell her that the Chinese civilzation is the longest surviving civilation in the whole world, more than 40,000 years. Now beat that... And also not everybody is perfect...there may be one or two rotten apples in the barrel, but it does not mean all of them are rotten.
i do understand your friend, not all chinese people get treated nicely and equally by white. Really depends on where live.
