but anyways not just egg, even veggies have "life" right, we have to destroy life to survive...it's a necessity..

It depends. Most chickens these days are reared specially to produce eggs. These eggs are not fertilized, so technically, there is no life. Besides, the heart does not form til the first week is over. So I don't think you can consider any form of life in the eggs that we normally consume...Did I just clear your conscience? Now you can go on enjoying your eggy meals. :jump:

so we ate what can become life later one, kinda same thing as what she said but like i said, what do we eat that wasn't once life lol...maybe it ain't alive like humans and animals, but whatever we eat all had life anyways....so i guess we can't stop it.

i know this thread is old, but i just read it.

what has been said by the op about eggs are false.

not all eggs can harbor life, because not all eggs can develop to become a chick.

the eggs are picked by farmers, and they go through a system that checks if the egg can harbor a chick, or it will not develop into a chick.

those which are potential life harborers will be taken care of and made sure that a chick comes out of it. those which can NOT hatch into a chick will end up on our dinner plate.

theres an elaborate system that checks for this stuff, so if you think every time you eat an egg, youre eating a life, youre ignorantly mistaken.

eggs you eat will never hatch into a chick.

on the other hand the same cannot be said about duck eggs and other eggs.


let me make this loud and clear:

eggs you eat will not be a life you will consume.

it is just a falsified myth with absolutely no truth to it.

EGGG---i eat alot of egg, mostly when i dont have anyting to eat in my house i cook up some egg, sometime fry rice it ^^
