Badminton is BY FAR the MOST demanding sport... any way you'd like to put it. Honestly, there are just so many different shot possibilities - each with their difficulties, advantages, disadvantages, etc. Plus, games are fast-paced; you literally leap around as opposed to running in many sports. O.. and the games r long, without many breaks. And then thers sub-specialties of singles and doubles. If anyones ever seen a pro match, im sure theyd agree with me. In case you havent seen a pro match b4... youtube has some gd vids of world tournaments. It'll blow your mind away!!!
doesnt really count as a sport... but i think the bleep test is a pretty demandin imo... u basically had to jog/run everytime the machine beeps from one end to the other.. n it starts off slow but gradually goes faster.... so hard when it gets to level 10...><"
badminton, is one of them, i never knew how the scores are done until friend explained it to me and we played it for one hour and my gosh, i was knackered and the games took forever >.< although it was enjoyable ^^
hockey on ice is definately the most demanding sport that i know of, soccer on a real field is pretty damn tiring too.
Boxing probably. Tennis is pretty demanding as well. How about the least demanding sport? Curling comes to mind lol
^You meant Mixed Martial Arts: UFC ain't a sport. I would agree, some guys go through several months of fulltime training and they wouldn't last (cardio-wise) a couple minutes in a fight. It's unfortunate that the "sport" of MMA hasn't really gone mainstream yet -- it's then where people will realize how physically and mentally demanding the sport really is. Nascar is pretty demanding too, considering the amount of weight loss some of the guys go through.
cycling? imagine doing the tour de france? i dun think i could even last the first day, let alone riding at an average speed of 50km/h.
Rugby League/Union?? Physically it would be demanding, it takes a bit of skill to play.. But unfortunately most of them are dumb asses in the public. Skill wise, those skiers who have to do tricks in the air--The oens where they ski up a ramp thing and are in the air for like 10 metres doing stuff that divers would do, then landing on the snow.
every sport demands specialties of your body or your mind to master, so you cant really say what sport is hardest to master or play. or else ping pong would be bloody hard sport, if you watch at the speed and reflex you need and eye coordination compared with badminton
i would say football.... everyone has to be working on the same beat for things to work.... and plus shit is tiring.. lol but then soccer is pretty tiring as well...
i think dance as sport...esp on them ddr an pump machines are pretty demanding....cso u got them fast moves...an u gota keep up with the pace an not lose balance.. but when u got the hang of it...its good fun =]
yes thats true...Tai Chi was pretty demanding..cos it looked easy to do but was actually pretty demanding cos u had to control the flow of energy used..and whether it should be a hard or soft stroke..
most demanding sport if its a serious thing is football. mentally physically skillset is all important to be sucessful
