Personally, I blame the IOC. They KNEW about this but didn't even bother to alert fans or consumers: The IOC, and indeed, the PRC government should have done a lot more to ensure the integrity of the ticketing process. For those that would say the games got off without a hitch, this already renders that idea a non starter. Like one of the victims in the story, if you suspect that you've been scammed, call your credit card company right away. Damn, but this sort of shit really burns me up. The PRC may point the finger at Tibetan protesters, but enough incidents like this, and people the world over will think poorly of China every time the Olympics get mentioned. It really doesn't matter that China wasn't at fault per se, but nonetheless, those that were scammed are going to feel bad every time they think of the Olympics, the opposite of what China worked very hard to get. So in many ways, the PRC was just as much victimized by this. I hope they're sending out hit squads. Ralph
