Something tells me that this Olympics will be very politically motivated, but this isn't the thread to have an argument I guess. Anyways, I look forward to cheering Australia in Swimming, Tennis and Rowing!!!
Love watching the gymnastics, so will be looking forward to that, but will prob. try and catch most of it!
THE BEST is going to be the Opening and Closing Ceremony. like wow. i can't even imagine what kind of display China is going to do. I am sure they will raise the standards for many olympic ceremoies to come. can't wait to download those and archive to watch over and over again.

NOPE, the ceremony will start 1st, then the competitions start the day after. Well soccer and basketball are already competing. I'm definitely soooo looking for Diving, Gymnastic, n' Track & Field.
