I like this one a lot better too! All these juicy secrets out in the first few eps!! but I hope they don't drag it too long either... like others have said, that's kinda boring.
So far so good, but i must say the action picks up rather quickly as opposed to HOG where it took until the middle before real big controversies happen.
I agree with the first post, hope that they don't focus on Raymond and Linda's relationship, a lot of people like seeing them in HOG 1, but I just enjoyed the family drama not interested in their love story at all, and don't really think that they look good together. Rather see more relationship story between the family and silblings.
for me, episode 1 and 2 was slightly confusing .. but as the series go on, i was able to realise and see the picture, and im really enjoying this serie rite now .... too bad the olympics is delaying the cantoese episode, and i dont understand mando. oh well i dont mind waiting
i m up to epi 11.. and so far.. love tis series alot.. i dun compare tis wif HOG.. do enjoyed every episode of the series.. and there's touching sceen..and oso laughing and happy scene too... i do love the scene of episode 3, abt Lin Zi Yung say out abt Jo Ba's brother suicide real reason..and oso say out , how Jo Ba get into HUng ... wow..tat scene is touching ... and then oso glad to see Ho Ma.. again to scold Sa Yi in ending of episode 5... haha.. and oso the great is episode 8, see how Ho Ma say out all bad thing have done by Hung to her 3 son ( Ah Ka, Ah Yuen and Zhung Jai )
i think it is pretty good so far (compared to hog), but personally, i actually like them to focus more on the love triangles. however, one thing i want to mention is mr is missing something compared to hog, and that's ha yu and moses chan's chuckling
what the hell is with everybody running into the WIFI telephone booths and crying? are they trying to promote the WI-FI availaible here? lol hahhahhah
I have watched a few eps so far and I think its good so far. But wen I first watched it I thought it was carrying on from the last one so it didnt make much sence to me at all until I realised that its a complete new storyline but the same characters are in it plus new ones.
Even in the first few eps of this series they already had so much emotion in it.... its only goin to get better...cant wait!!
umm,,, i think its a bit silly tht hor ma and jo ba...havent tlked to each other for 10+ years and then suddenly he like having dinner with them all the Time.
