    Hey can anyone help me.

I'm running on a laptop with vista installed

For some reason, when i right click a program or a shortcut, the right click bar does not open and it goes to some "windows explorer has stop working" bar then "windows explorer is now restarting" and happens to all program files and shortcuts.

This his prevented me from using properties and etc and i have no idea what to do.

Can anyone help me please? Thanks

Corrupted OS maybe? Try using system restore. It does become very annoying if the right mouse click doesn't work. I know I will lol.

you might want to try a malware/spyware scan to make sure you don't have any programs/progs running in the background that mignt prevent you from doing your work.

spybot or adware are free malware/spyware removal programs.

Just install --> run the update --> restart your computer in safe mode --> run a complete scan.

AHHHHHH nothing seems to be working and is getting fustrating, it didn't used to be like this.

    *UPDATED*

Found the problem..............was long, had to go onto
task manager: file -> new task -> browse

select to look for all files then delete the most recent .dll file

    long huh

Did you try to reboot in safe mode with Networking and try to run a complete scan of your system. Both virus scanning and malware/spyware scanning?
