yes as this is been DISCUSSED SOOO MANY TIMES in numerous threads and as many of us have said and asked ............ moses going out with kate is not classed as incest in the chinese tradition because their last name are different . kates surname name is chung and moses and chris last name is gam ..soo they are technically allowed in the chinese tradition... and as for moses and tavia ... taviia is adopted soo it doesn't matter and for raymond and linda... no blood relation and not same surname .. soo that is not incest ...... in the UK i guess it is classed as incest because they are cousins ... and tavia by law would already be family relation and so would linda .. but the thing is this is a chinese series .... soo what can you do ............absolute nothing ......... well u could write a letter and complain to TVB how the relationships are incest and it is not acceptable ... otherwise u can do nothing

Well, according to the storyline, they are no longer cousins. But Moses has always been captured by Kate's first appearance in the drama. So whether or not if they were cousins, Moses always thought Kate was captivating.
