Has anyone played playstation one games on your psp yets? If you are, what games have you played? Have you encountered any bugs? Im currently playing Final fantasy VIII on the PSP, its so wicked. When I first played FF8 on the PSX console, I really wished I could play this portable. Now looks like my dream has finally came true
did you get any lags? or problems with the memorystick? My memory stick got corrupted, so I had to redo everything
i don't play the psx on my psp cause it might cause to blank out or something so i don't wanna risk it!!
Most of the multi disc PSX games will have some problems when playing on the PSP... there are patches and fixes for the usually like FF8... actually I think FF8 still has issues sometimes...
Just wondering how you get the PSP to play ps1 games? the so called "PSX", how does it work, where do I get it? THANKS!!!
You need the iso of the psx game then use a program called pop station to convert it. then you put it into your PSP and it should run on any custom firm ware, but beware, lost of bugs and glitches and random freezes. and also not all games are compatible
I played Final Fantasy 7 and got no problems. I havent beat the game yet, but my friend beat the game and no lag or bug.
I've only seen thread about FF8 having issues like lags or freezes at certain point, you need to change poploader to bypass i think. Currently playing Tales of Phatasia (translated) Persona 2 Innocent sin (translated) FF9 Super robot Alpha Gaiden (Translated) prefer all rpg for me
i play granturismo 2 on psp. they were saying that granturismo mobile psp will be release for psp since its release. dont have to now. i think just the graphic will be better, but all u will do is the same,gets license and tune ur cars.
I've played only 2 psx games on the psp. Monkey Magic and FF VII. No problems except a one time freeze after saving for FFVII. If you have a problem I suggest updating your custom firmware. It'll usually reduce chances for freezing and lagging.
