True, but look at the internet here. The government just doesn't invest enough money for the infrastructure for the high speeds.. And we've only got Telstra providing the lines - And they just rent them out to the other ISP's. Too expensive and slow speeds here. *sigh*
that picture isnt entirely honest... canada is no where near as packed together as japan. the reason japan can subsidize their internet is cuz most of their population (127 million) is packed into an area about the same size as the lower part of california
i bet you there isn't a cap over there..... lucky people... so to speak, for internet connections.....
