My parents don't really mind. They just say, if you do, do it safe and don't get someones daughter pregnant.
sex before marriage is actually a good thing ... there's a diff. kind of chemistry/connection aftewards, you want to make sure you guys have that before getting married.

before i had my bf i thought that i will not have sex before i get married. but nowadays i think it is very common. as long as it is safe sex it is fine by me. but i think at least one month with that person
Even 12yr olds are having sex nowadays (some girl on the news was pregnant at 12? and 13yr olds raping girls in school?). I use to think I could find a girl who is a virgin but they are almost extinct like dinosaurs or very young...

I'm not 100% against it but i admire those who are willing and want to wait till marriage. I mean, people should only have sex with someone they love and who will you love more than the one you're determined to spend the rest of your life with? Before, I've always thought that I would be able to wait and while I don't exactly regret having lost it a part of me wishes that I could've had the self control to save it.
It's nothing to do with nationality! Its all about the up bringing! I was born and raised in the UK, I've had many GF's...English, Chinese, Muslim, etc... I have had sex with each of them, although I did find that the one of the British Born Chinese was more up tight, but that doesnt mean all Chinese girls are like that! I mean think about if you was in Hong Kong, there's just as many girls having sex before marriage over there...similarly to the UK! I think its just depending on the girl really!
depend on ppl's preferences. some ppl is conservative and some is modern will love to do b4 marry....more excitement...

I do think chinese girls are less open... it doesnt mean they're not exciting of it but it's just the parents, the culture, the way they've learned to see it.
depends on how much you love your partner, if you really love him, you will feel that you want to have sex with him and you won't care for anything else ..
I think a lot of the people here are a little clueless about sex, some of the responses in this thread is extremely scary so I think I should bring a few things to your attention through my experiences and what I have been taught the most influential people in my life. (also seeing people screw up their lives totally). There's nothing wrong with NOT having sex before marriage don't let anyone tell you no matter what. There are many ways to express love! and I find it so 'Caveman like ' that people just hump randomly. We got to be smart about it. It's can be half culture or tradition invlved, but we can't just say that is the only reason because it doesn't tell us enough. We have to understand what is the reason behind it (especially in our culture being so wise). The bad thing about these days is that TV corrupts the minds of people and there is this popular culture that Sex is in everything, marketing always pushes sex because it sells, teenagers see it and they follow the trend like sheep. It seems like being slutty these days is in but people don't know the difference between showbiz and reality. It's just common sense and how educated we are about sex if how we approach and handle ourselves in the matter. Sex is a very serious matter and us younger people should not be pressured to have it when we aren't ready. Exception is when we are of a mature age then they can have sex before marriage because at this stage most of us know what they are doing. If kids are taught well and listen to their parents then they won't have sex before 18. Why? Pimple popping teenagers just want to have sex because they can't control their hormones and they have no idea about what it is and what is involved. It is highly unlikely teenagers know whay love is, Puppy love and mature love are 2 different things. Lust and love are also 2 different things. Some end up giving their virginity to some stupid Asshole or Slut who end up breaking their heart. Females get pressure into have sex early and end up losing it in some cheap location that's not worth remembering. We could end up with teenage pregnancy, Catch diseases through unprotected sex and spread diseases to others. Imagine having to explain to parents how we screwed up and got pregnant. Or get stuck in marriage because of accidental pregnancy Having a kid at a young age and not being able to choose when to have a kids, not being able ot enjoy life at your age. If we choose not to own up to the kid, run away father or abortion we would have to go through Court. Fathers have to pay for child support Females having to go through a painful abortion procedure. Having to go to the get the pill and everyone knows your under age Going through counseling, Getting divorced later because people got married for the wrong reasons The babies grow up and end up hating their parents for splitting Having more than one partner means you have to play "guess the father'. Sex before marriage means that if anything of the above goes wrong then there is no commitment or responsibilities from either person. Not likely to have a clear vision of the future Not financially stable to deal with anything. 1 night stand is just worse. Our parents can support us in cases where we make a mistake but ht ewhole point is to make 'Minimal' Mistakes and not expect someone to clean up our mess. Wow sex before marriage, have a think about it first. :laugh: For everyone else that is of a mature age 18+ If you feel that you are ready in all cases and that person you truly love and possibly right for you, Sex would be free in this case.
to be honest i think that sex is part of life. There's a research have proven whereby human hormones need satisfaction for balancing issue of life. I personally think that as long as you don't abuse the "sex" term would be alright. For instance, puppy love and serious in love. They both make a very huge difference.
