i also feel like that but when i have free time, just watched the first 1 or 2 ep, now fully addicted to it! one of the most interesting show in these few months.
This series has so many things that weren't clarified... off the top of my head I have two - When Dominic Lam "recruited" Ron Ng to become the Four, he paused when he saw the jade that he had... but they never clarify on whether Dominic knew anything about the jade. - Where did the box of weapons from the "Shing" family came from? Why didn't they use those weapons if they were so powerful? Theres a lot more that I can't come up with, I'm guessing this series was intended to be 40 episodes, but it got cut down...
I like the most of the series, but goodness that was a really dumb ending!!! None of them ended up with the girl and it almost seem like all four of them was going to die!
The concept and general story line was interesting and had a lot of potential, but the series was let down by cheesy fight scenes, under-developed characters - including the four main lead roles, and poor acting (esp from the girls). My favorite character is " sai sook"- cos he is genuinely intelligent. The series seems to be rushed and could have taken more time to establish and develop each of the characters. It could have been a 30-35 epsisode series.
One word: Anticlimax...... The first few episodes looked promising, but yeah the last few episodes were abit disappointing....
the series is not bad but kate is giving me an impression that she will always be the girl with a sweet face but cruel intentions... if i'm not mistaken the sceneries are from Yunnan movie town.
