Moral of this story, when unscrupulous and tight fisted nursing home operators hire unlicensed, untrained, and uneducated personnel to take care of people who are the most vulnerable, then what do you really expect? Respondeat Superior; the nursing home is at fault. And the girls should get their asses kicked.
