I want to buy one MP4 player. And there are so many choices now. I do not know which one is best. Could you give me some recommendation?

I need to buy 8GB big screen MP4 player at 80-100USD which supports several files such as MP3, MPEG4, AVI, WMA, WAV, JPEG.

Please kindly help me and let me know where I can find. Thanks

if you want like at least a 3 inch/8gb you definitely have to fork out more lol. but if you want something at 2.5 or so, creative is the only good option at that price. can't think of better options.

well, you could look for some generic/yum cha MP4's.. Like fake ipods or something like that.. Other then that the Creative ZEN is probably the cheapest like the other guys have said.

  10. ^ Firmware update FTW

Thats very cheap, my 80gig cost me about £120 when it first came out but it was worth every penny cus ive NEVER seen anyone in the UK with a zune as they aint released over here, gets lots of stares and emo tears from ipod fanboys.

i would really like a blackberry storm, but thats beyond what i can afford unless i go contract which i am not

  13. how come no one's recommended a cowon?
I use the D2 which is a product from like 3 years ago. Apparently cowon is known for it's sound quality and has a very wide range of audio codecs and plays avi files. The D2 comes in 4,8,16gb sizes, but best part is the expandable sdhc flash memory support. So right now I got a 16gb D2 for 179.99 + another 16gb sdhc flash card. and that's buying from their official store... so for your needs u can probably get the cheapest 4gb and then get a flash memory card. screen size is about 2.5inch but that's already enough for me to watch high quality videos on it really well... hmm it's also a 24bit touchscreen so color combinations is MUCH MORE THAN NEEDED! BUT one of the best things about the player is a max of 52 hours of battery life.

lastly... cowon usually equips their players with lots of extra features and gives you flash support so you can put in flash applications and flash skins and flash games.
So i recommend cowon players over any creative or ipods or zunes. If your interested, Cowon just came out with their S9 which is a very very wonderful product as long as you don't trust biased and false reviews on it.

p.s. korean brand not chinese brand and a quick google search for cowon will give you more info.

Creative Zen is your best bet, but it seems to have random crashes...[unfixable]

i feel creative zen is the best audio and video player. if you have a little more money to spend, get the creative. the zune is good too, but its not as easy to use.
