    you can't chain it >___< argh solemn judgment is a counter trap which means it has a spell speed of 3... royal decree is a continuous trap card with a spell speed of 2.... you can't cast a spell speed 2 to beat a spell speed 3.... if that card was FACE UP before i used solemn judgement then it would have been negated..... but seeing as it showed up AFTER i played my card.... you can't activate it.

    and again...>___< spell cards have a spell speed of ONE.... clearly you guys don't play yu-gi-oh... or at least by the rules....

    dickson you can use that after my turn to remove a different trap card that is face up... but seeing as i played a solemn judgement there wouldn't be a face-up trap card for you to remove....

    BLAHHHHHHHHHHH
