i feel you man, Bosh might head to Knicks, if they can sign another super star than might be GG for 2010 champions, depending on who else they get though.
warriors going to strom back in the second half of the season...and push in to the final...just watch
where is Lebron going? Now, he wants to stay in Cleveland because they are doing so well right now. A lot of interesting teams are playing well right now. A healthy Wade and Miami, The Devin Harris show in Jersey, and the surprising consistent Portland team.
Looks like the Boston is going to win....Go Celtics... too bad they lost last week to Lakers and the lovely Warriors...
Tuesday December 30, 2008 3:23 PM Rockets Agree to Terms With Dikembe Mutombo Center may rejoin team as soon as Wednesday Dikembe Mutombo is bringing his defense, leadership (and those well-known elbows) back to Houston. Jason Friedman Rockets.com Staff Writer Houston - Dikembe Mutombo is bringing his familiar smile, leadership and finger wag back to Houston. Rockets GM Daryl Morey announced today that the team has come to terms with the 42-year old center, and that he is expected to re-join the club soon pending the results of a physical which will take place on Wednesday. "We're really happy to bring Dikembe back. Everyone knows what he brings. He's probably the greatest player I've ever had the pleasure to work with in terms of what he does both as a person and for the Rockets. "I think he's obviously an unbelievable locker room player and leader. On the floor he's still extremely effective. We think he can help us in many ways: Just like last year with some key matchups when we're playing teams with a lot of size, and also at the big spot which is probably our thinnest spot. So adding depth with Dikembe is extremely important." Mutombo appeared in 39 games for the Rockets last season, logging many valuable minutes after Yao Ming fell victim to a broken foot in February. Mutombo averaged three points, five rebounds and 1.2 blocks. -nono
Mutombo was a great player in the past but he's 42 now. Outrebounding guys in the west like Bynum, Al Jefferson, Camby etc will be hard. That being said, Yao has been injured for every season in the past. Mutombo is a great locker room guy, perfect for Houston but not any other team. Houston has a chance at the championship provided everyone is healthy. TMac needs to be more clutch.
Boston back in the top of Power Ranking where they BELONG! but i gotta admit, Lakers are doing very well with Bynum now, im quite scared during the NBA finals and confernece finals with the Cavs but GO CELTS
no, cuz marion didn't want to be there and Shaq's probably the best trade they could have got from him...
mistake? he's putting up all-star numbers once again....i don't think the other players are use to the slow game pace of shaq...thats why they are losing.
eh shaq sit outs every other game and al jefferson has better numbers. however when shaq is on the court, i gotta say his presence is by far more fearful than al
