What are your needs? There are a heap of iPhone competitors right now out there.. Whether they suit you is another story. I just got a Nokia Express 5800 in Hong Kong and I'm finding it suits my needs perfectly.
Depends on what functions you really need. There's samsung omnia, sony ericsson x1, htc HD that are as good if not better than the Iphone. Also, the 32GB Iphone would be lanuched out soon too.
if you can get one for cheap, i'd recommend it i have one and imo, its the best phone out there at the moment.. and it'll last for a while
The interface and speed is one of the best i have seen. Opted for the Touch Diamond though cause it looked nicer imo.
if u need it now get it, if not and u can wait i hear there;s a possibility of a multicore version coming out
IMAO. Yes, the iPhone brings a new dimension to the phone: easy accessible information in the palm of your hand. The Android Phone is not ready yet, perhaps the next generation.
the one thing that i just love about the iphone is the development community. The plethora of apps that you can get from parking meter reminds to testing the performance of your car using the acceloremeter is what makes it great but if you look past the sugar coating the phone has mnay many flaws that need to get fixed. just a few things i wish was on there A2DP Taking Videos better exchange integration (that thing crashes more often than my win mo one)
i used to swap phones everyone couple of months, but havent changed it for more than a year since i've had the iphone
iphone is well design but I still think it is overprice although I am one that bought one and fall in love with it. Some people like the Blackberry Storm but really, if you don't need all the bells and whistle, just get a phone you are most comfortable with that may offer better rate phone plan with no commitment if possible.
^gotta agree it is quite expensive for an iphone but never the less i think it is sorta worth it cos u can do so much fun stuff with it...
i prefer them to add more features for the bluetooth :( copy and patse MMs Iphone kinda turning into a handheld lol. I'm still enjoying my 16gb iphone since there are a lot app that you can buy free or less money and coverflow <3 for seeing your albums
of course a sony ericsson. If you think about it, the battery for Iphone is going to go dead in aout a year or two. and you cant replace the batttery, sony you can replace it!
tbh it rele depends on ur needs, if it satisfies all ur needs in terms of functionality, the price is fine for u and the design is gd then get it cos it would prob be better to get this even if it is more expensive than to keep changing phones cos ur not satisfied with them or they don't fit all ur needs so ur unhappy in some way with some feature or aspect of it therefore giving an urge to buy a new phone.
