dats cuz asian people are still sensitive of exposure of "private parts" unlike there american counter parts where going comando is ok and little slip ups are seen as oportunities for more publicity a good example are the edison pictures...in asia every movie star involed was extremely embarrased and felt shameful and their public image went straight to hell...if that happened in the us or canada people woulda looked at the pictures and became instant stars
