nope u could buy it... cos sims 2 is out now.. so sims isn't too expensive.. i bought the pack with all the expansion for only 60!!!
omg lol this game was the shit. its like watching real world. the internet dls and stuff and mods made this game ever more fun. anyone remember the rosebud cheat? lol

it did get ridiculously addictive for me at one point but that was only the first sims, can't say i have the same enjoyment with sims 2. dunno why, could be cos its all 3D and it just doesn't feel the same.
but in sims2 u can change their hair style n makeup... that's something u can't do in the first one... n with the 3rd one u can play the whole city in synch... n sims will b able to drive cars to their friend's home... or go for a mornng jog... i just like d/l-ing the customized clothes n stuff to make my sims look good
I've stopped playing since 2 came out Can you still pick up a Sim and dump them in the swimming pool and watch them drown? xP
yeah u can... n if u gaze at the stars there's a chance something falls down from the sky n kill ur sim... or sometimes when ur sim sees a ghost or a zombie it mite die from shock -lol i heard in the new one ur sim can still play on as a ghost... u can even have ghost babies...
haha, it's been a long time since i played sims.i didn't even know about the swimming pool thing....lol
i am now waiting for Sims 3.. i played sims 1 and 2 before.. but got bored of it after a while.. there is just no ending to it..
i only played Sims 1 and it was quite nice, something fresh but i didnt play that game long. got repetitive but my sister enjoys it and played Sims 1 and 2 and had all the expansion packs ~ and to answer the thread, torrent it or just go out and buy it. probably cheap now ~
