So.. if something like this existed in Australia.. would it be enforced?... There are tons of drivers who intentionally/unintentionally splash pedestrians.
we get idiots who loves to splash predestrians in UK >.< and when i took my driving test, it was in the rain and it was pretty heavy and had lots of puddles ~ luckily no predestrians so i passed first time ^^
wow.... the people that were interviewed are lying out of their arse! just covering their own butts on tv.....
omggg failed for that....thas just another way to make you pay again.... its so expensive to take a driving test nows....and ya have to book the instructors car for 2hours =/ one of my friends failed the cock pit drill....for not having his seat belt on coz he was so nervous....he started the engine the examiner said to him 'do you want to carry on or not because you have failed your test for not having his belt on'....he was so gutted....he didnt even move away from the test centre yet....
luckily, theres no such rule like that in the driving test in where i live and that rule is plain stupid, either get in an accident or fail, what choice is there really?
yupp.....ya need to put ya belt on...check ya mirrors and then turn engine on... i think thas it...i cant even remember it anymore...haha... okies i agree not having your belt is a violation coz its dangerous... but comeon splashing a puddle and failing..?....how is that a violation..?.. kung kung so mean....i would fail you..!!...-tongue2....
forgetting to put on seat belt is a bad one but if i was de examiner i would allow them and just give them a chance... most of us become nervous when it comes to driving test..
^ you cant drive yet...? yupz..i was so nervous i accidentally hit the radio buttons on the steering wheel and didnt even notice....-lol
