I am studying construction, At school they said to me that's the most easiest to study. I am now in the second year, But i dont really find it that easy. Maby I should take better attention, instead of daydreaming.-noclue
first year of college/6th form....am currently studying maths, english lit, psychology and health and social care.... but am thinking of dropping maths cos the teacher is just...-censored -noclue
lol, I was just asking what kind of studies might be interesting, cuz all the university open days are all around October-December.... so if there are people suggesting some nice studies, I might just visit those to see how it is...its not like that some random guy says, go study pharmacy, then I go to study pharmacy but then I will give it a try to visit the open days for pharmacy...
well.. i did a science degree before i started my pharmacy degree. pharmacy is not boring at all.. it is only boring to people with no idea what pharmacy actually is.. so they shouldn't really comment. it is a job that challenges you every day. you are expected to make products that you have never seen/heard/learnt before. you have to think on your feet and handle difficult situations, you have to look out for prescription errors, dispensing errors, etc etc.. and thats only community pharmacy. theres clinical/hospital pharmacy, industrial pharmacy, regulatory agencies, pharmaceutical companies.. pharmacy can set you for life.. a comfortable one too.
I have been to a pharmacy.. and seen how they do their stuff. the pharmacists also explained what the job is for a pharmacist and stuff like that. it does seem hard, but yet relaxed and comfortable. Everytime someone asks me what i am doing, i tell them pharmacy and they think counting and boredom...>.< one bill of prescription is a long process
im thinkin of doin Business studies in Uni next year - 4 years which includes 1 full year of working in a place...then mayb i can specialise in another degree afterwards...
urban planning with geographic information systems...what's more interesting than people, culture, and cities?
yo economics is awesome don't hate.. but once you start learning it, you realize, yah.. it's kinda useless. good at explaining what has happened (at least makes a good attempt ) but has very litle predictive power but it's good to know what is our source of wealth, why people do the things they do, why some policies are put into effect (well that actually might be more political than economical.. lol)
I'm lost now...haha.. i was thinking of doing pharmacy but i missed the application for the 1 semester in Australia..i really wanted to work after my studies in a lab...Any suggestions what course studies to apply?
I tried to study Nanotechnology at first but I hated the lab classes, and since it going to be the primary place you'll be after graduation I dropped it. Right now I'm just started on the 3. year (5. sem.) with economy.
Mechatronics.....I reckon if you have a knack in something like that it can really be interesting. esp. if you're currently doing all the right subjects to get you into the field. I mean clearly you're not into business related stuff.
Wharton's, Harvard, Yale... -batman ...and no, I'm NOT joking. LOL... who the heck revived this thread from last year? -rolleyes
when your good at everything you have pretty much free study choice To be honest the money is also better for a economist. The starting wage is around $5000 a month. As a side note the people working in a lab usually lives 3-4 years shorter then "normal" people because they inhale very small amount of chemicals/gas everyday (which adds to a significant amount after some years)...
I am studying business bachelor of commerce! skillllllsssss right now in no option but i'm probably gonna switch to HR or marketing
