that green car LMFAO...... terrible. But the second to last one with the bus and the poles is understandable sorta.... cause you don't really know its there...... unless there are signs.... which could be obstructed from view from the bus....
music annoys me >.< but i love the one where the woman in the green car tries to park and took her ages, then the guy just pops out and does it for her and does it first time
To me, anecdotally, women seem to get easily confused with compounding of tasks that involves hand eye coordination. A simple task of driving in a straight line is generally not a problem (eg step on gas, hold steering wheel in a straight line, make sure there's nobody in front of you). But backing into a spot (eg step on gas, steering wheel constant adjustment while looking backwards, and avoiding an obstacle), well...
When my mom is driving and people do stupid things in their car my mom is like "look what he just did" or "What on earth is he doing, he cant drive" etc etc.. then 90% of the time i get the pleasure of saying "umm its a woman driving that car".. that usually shuts her upp hahaha
Oh it's intellectual alright. He makes a claim, in which the thesis would be "women seem to get easily confused with compounding of tasks that involves hand eye coordination", and he provides supporting arguments for his claim (driving straight vs driving with multiple adjustments). This format conforms to the universal standard format of argumentative works, thus demonstrates intellectuality in his arguments, as opposed to baseless claims, or claims influenced by bias. -bigsmile -bigsmile -bigsmile
Well, I did preface my statement with the word, anecdotally, which would qualify it as based on only casual observations; it was not ever meant to be considered as an opinion based on rigorous or strict scientific proofs. Further, Dann is right. I did frame my statement in the form of an intellectual argument by providing a hypothesis. :naughty: But on the other hand, if you prefer, I can simply rally round with the boys and stick to the popular sentiment of "women are lousy drivers... because they're women; they just can't help it... " -tongue2 LOL...
it's an epidemic around the world... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xgEdM8cUGHg <---- assuming US http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wnHp7fPnSGI <---- Italy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RgoEn-qv6As <----- Romania http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p9VpSuO6yww <---- Spain http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rw3VjcpKFiw <------- Netherlands http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nqfNIsPnAG4 <----- seriously girls... gotta learn Kung Fu to park...
HAHAHAHA! The guy had to come out and park for the women, epic!!! Yeah women shouldn't drive at all...I see alot of that here where i live.
Well, the best part of that episode was while the guy was in the her car and parking it for her, notice that the girl is waving her arms about, appearing to gesticulate the "impossibility" of being able to park it in that spot; while her head was turned the guy put it in within seconds... Priceless. -bowroflarms
