    Why? They were setting up a sting to catch a criminal. If the man didn't behave criminally, he wouldn't have a problem. But only if he did behave criminally, and in that suspected sexual way, he would have been caught, and no, I'm not trying to be ironic here. The evidence thus would have been irrefutable. It would actually be a rather elegant method of catching a criminal "in the act" so to speak, and left him with a case that would be impossible to deny. -bigsmiles

    Eg. er... would the defendant please explain how, in the course of his jurist duties, he came (again no pun intended) to be innocently attached, via the penis, to a plastic sex toy...?
