Yes quite a few times, married to a Japanese girl, have Japanese friends and have family over there, never had any problems. Well except those damn annoying orange girls with blonde hair, they are like Paris Hilton but they are a minority over there. When they are in the UK or USA they change which isn't normally good but generall in Japan compared to here people are saints. You don't get people shouting at eachother in the street, or someone in a shop having a go at a member of staff in a shop or restaurant.
