There's a really nice muffin thingy in Japan. It's like a McMuffin but it's a really thick pancake with maple syrup =] As well as this huge burger for breakfast...
omg the weirdist one i seen was when i was little and was in HK... i think it was green thai curry fish burger.. it looked like flourescent green bogey in the middle of the sandwich :/
In holland we have the McKroket & bitterballen Its a bun with a flatten dutch Croquette filled with a creamy ragout with beef topped with mustard sauce.
So much variety, why we just stuck with big mac and fries here in the UK, If they introduce some of the variety, I'd go running back to macdonalds instead of just walking past to a more interesting menu as I do now.
to be a player in the market, different culture will have different types of food to attract locals in buying, so no suprise what so ever...
I remember when i visit NZ last time for a holiday they have a McLamb promotion which i saw near the airport advert")
Well I remember about 8 years ago they used to serve some sort of pork chop with a scoop of rice at the MacDonalds on Waikiki beach in Hawaii, found that really strange - tasty though!
Next time when I am in other country, I will go to McDonald to check out some of these dishes.. hehehe
i wanna try some now. >_> the hk one looks practical. why dont you just buy a burger and add rice to it? =.=
I'm Loving It The ongoing promotion RM 5.95 really rocks!!! I think i ate McDonalds every week after the promotion is being introduced. Unfortunately, they din offer it on their popular 'Big Mac'. With raise in living costs, eating an economy rice somewhere else digs ur pocket, tis promotion come in time. It's reli affordaable. I'm Loving It!
yay! now McDonald r offering Big Mac value meal at rm 7.95. rm 2 price hike but stil yay! but they cancel the Double Cheeseburger value meal. aww!
we have this store in melbourne that sells burgers made with rice instead of buns with like teriyaki/fish/beef still gotta try it haha i wanna try that canada-lobster burger too lol
