why not try Black Jack in stead. I heard somewhere that it's the only casino game you actually can win with a 50/50 odds

not unless i've been hit with lightening.

THe odds of getting struck by lightening is twice that of winning the lottery

Although I dont know if this means you the person, or if your car got hit or your house got hit counts as well
and if it's your house that got hit, does that mean that every person in an apartment complex could say that all got hit by lightening and up the stats?

i only buy the lottery when it's a jackpot amount - like Australia's PowerBall or something where it's usually just a sole winner. Otherwise the tickets are expensive...so no.

I spend $5 in a group pool when pot is over $200 million; recently the pool seems to circulate when pot is over $100. Sign of the times.

  9. my dad buys it a few times a yr... but i've never been interested... i'd rather get icecream with the $$ :p coz i've NEVER won anything in my life

Only play it when it's huge pot, if it's only a few million, no point; even though you'll be happy with that, a win is a win but we all know the chances are low to no chance in hell so why bother with the small stuff, go for the big one.

I remember I used to play it back in the days. But now i play a different sort of game, which is the reverse of the lottery. I pick 6 numbers, if they don't come up i win £1, if it does come up, I lose whatever amount that came up.

    is the age boundary 15??
i remember i bought it when i hit 15 (or 16 xD hhaha cant remember which age).. and it was like "Yeeehh first time buying lottery" feeling.. and you had that "lucky/full of hope feeling" that you'd win all the money or something.....
    i didn't win anything though...

and haven't bought a lottery ticket since. lolz.
my parents always buy lottery tickets though =_="

A friend once told me that you're buying a chance. If you buy it then you have a chance but, if you don't then you won't even have a chance. I agree with eviltofu I'd buy it when the pot gets big that's when there's a hype.

  18. I actually dont play the lottery unless it hits over 20 mill lol if you dont play then you dont have a chance to win! lol that's my theory
