In New York the penalty for jumping off a building is death. Fair is fair right? lol i actually have a photo of myself running around the backyard goin free willy style when i was like 4 years old. If it had been 2009 and someone had seen me i probably would have been picked up by social services and my parents sent to jail. The world has become way too sensitive to everything. People are afraid of all sorts of ridiculous shit; from arabs on airplanes to the peepees and hoohoo's of anyone under 18.

i do agree that ppl have gone too sensitive and that it is funny to take pics when they do silly things like running ard in the backyard all naked..... it would b funny to show the pic to ur kid later n to make fun of him etc.... but fx thats not comparable to a 14 year old girl who takes pics of herself n sends em to her bf is it? i mean ur "nude" pic is probably just something ur parents kept to themselves n laughed abt once in a while....so innocent but the girl sent it to a GUY who probably did stuff while looking at the pic.....
it is sad to see people exploits a young girl.especially when it her so called boyfriend who is pushing her to do this kind of perveted things.he should be sentenced to get some serious counselling and therapy. the problem is also that this poor girl have somehow been brainwashed by stupid girlmagazine that it totally ok to do selfdegrading things with her own body to make her boyfriend happy.i really hate those magazine that gives sexadvise for young girls that are easily manipulated by articles and their surrounding.
One of the prosecutor already said that this was more of a scare tactics. They are not going to go thru the whole process, but they just want to keep it fresh in the teenager's mind that they could potentially do it.

yea.. i think both boy and girl who post nude pic up on these website shuldnt be call sex offender.. i mean... it's wrong..but sex offender is too harsh
You mean if we were all God fearing citizens this wouldn't happen? Being religious doesn't make people any more sexually inhibited, although it may make people become more discreet.
