At any rate, I'd always been taught that if someone is telling a joke which I've already heard before; to be polite, one would listen, laugh at the punch line and just leave it at that.

yeah ive seen this before and immediately after the show, she went on a chatshow to explain why she gave an answer like that and i think her excuse was she didnt hear the question properly ~ hehe
